Speaking topic: The CBD Consumer: Who are They and What are They Buying? & Panel: Alternative Products Development and Trends
Don Burke is a Senior Vice President with Management Science Associates (MSA), a leading-edge information management, statistical analysis, and business intelligence firm. Don has over twenty-two years of experience delivering business insights derived from a variety of sources, including retail scanner data, manufacturer and distributor shipment data, consumer data and transactional market basket information. Don’s focus is in the CPG industry, including the tobacco, vapor, CBD/cannabis, beverage, grocery and confectionary categories. Prior to his experience with MSA, Don worked in the marketing, sales, and advertising areas within the CPG industry in the stationery, OTC medicine, HBC, food, and packaged soap areas, starting his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble. Don has been a keynote speaker at many retail and CPG industry events. During this past year, Don spoke on trends in the CBD category for C-Store Decisions Retail Conference Webcast and prior to that presented ‘Tobacco Industry Trends’ at the Convenience Distribution Association Marketplace event. Additionally, Don spoke at an international virtual event with Nihilent on ‘Retail Growth after the Pandemic’, and more recently for CSP’s Convenience Retailing University virtual event on ‘Trends in Dispensed Beverages’.
